Account information (name, work email), the documents you upload (handbooks, SOPs, policies), employee information you provide when inviting your team (name, email, role, location), and training activity (lesson progress, quiz answers and scores, certificate records, AI assistant conversations).
To generate training content from your documents, to operate the AI assistant (which answers only from your organization's own uploaded documents), to track and display employee progress to managers within your organization, to send transactional emails (invitations, reminders, completion notices), and to process payments through Stripe.
Uploaded document text and employee questions are sent to OpenAI's API to generate training content and power the AI assistant. We do not use your organization's private content to train shared or public models.
Every organization's documents, courses, employee data, and analytics are isolated from every other organization using database-level access controls. Employees can only see their own progress and certificates; managers can only see data within their own organization.
You can request deletion of your organization's data by contacting us. We retain data as needed to provide the service and comply with legal obligations.
We use Supabase (database and file storage), OpenAI (AI generation and the assistant), Stripe (payments), and Resend (transactional email) to operate DIVRR. Each processes data only as necessary to provide their respective service to us.
